On June 13, 2018 Our Lady of Mount Carmel held another graduation to say goodbye to the Grade 12 students. The day started with a beautiful Solemn High Mass celebrated by Fr. Couture, Fr. Sherry, and Fr. Potvin at St. Peter's Catholic Church. In attendance were all OLMCA students, parishioners, families and friends. After Mass, everyone relocated to Our Lady of Mount Carmel for a potluck breakfast and for the graduation celebration in the gymnasium. The celebrations began with a commencement address from Fr. Lillis who inspired the graduates to go to St. Joseph. Afterwards, Fr. Potvin and Fr. Sherry congratulated the Grade 8s who will be moving on to High school, and followed with handing out special awards for the students that have excelled in specific subjects. Finally, Fr. Sherry handed out and congratulated the Grade 12 students their diplomas, which was followed by strong speeches given by the Salutatorian and Valedictorian.

Fr. Sherry ended the event by announcing the next Captain and leaders of the school, and thanking all of the teachers, staff, and parents for all their help, hard work, and dedication to the school. Congratulations to all of the graduates! Good luck and God bless on your next ventures.
