In his tour across Canada administering the sacrament of confirmation, His Excellency Bishop de Galerreta made a stop at St. Peter’s Catholic Church on November 24 and confirmed a total of 19 new soldiers of Christ. Assisting the celebration of the beautiful and solemn ceremony were Fr. Boulet and Fr. Sherry, with parishoners from Toronto, Orillia, and St. Catharines in attendance.
Afterwards, the faithful gathered in the Church hall and enjoyed a large potluck feast. Congratulations to the new confirmands and may they always remain faithful to the grace of their Confirmation.
