Right across the road from St. Paul's church. From two of the three upstairs bedrooms, there is a view that cannot be beat; you can gaze out your window upon St. Paul himself, in the St. Paul's churchyard. The third bedroom, while it does not allow a view of St. Paul, will give you a bird’s eye view of the pool and patio in the backyard. All 3 bedrooms have closets, and there is a bathroom with tub on the upper level.
The main level has a spacious dining and living room, again with a view of St. Paul and our beautiful church, as well as a kitchen in the middle of the level, and a bonus room (previously used as an office) with second bathroom, 3 steps lower than the kitchen and dining rooms. The yard contains a fenced in pool and hot tub, with patio space to play or relax in between, and a grassy yard beyond. There is a garage as well as a carport for parking needs, and three more spaces in the driveway/in front of the house. The basement of the home will be under renovations, but the laundry room in the basement will be available for use. Rent will be $1850/month plus utilities; we plan to have it available as of mid-January. Come try the Parkhill life, and never be late for Sunday Mass again! Interested persons should contact Elizabeth Roelands ((519) 495 - 3360 or [email protected]) or Brian Roelands ([email protected])
