All Saints Day 2024
Dear Parishioners,
On Friday, November 1 is All Saints Day. There will be a 10:00 a.m. High Mass at St. Peter's Church. Following the High Mass, parishioners are invited to a Feast Day Celebration at OLMCA gymnasium. The details are the following:
Potluck: Please view the Potluck Sign-up list attached.
We graciously ask that you sign up for one item (or two) by October 24th to ensure we have enough food for everyone. Please consider enough for one serving for 8-10 people.

Saint Dress-Up
All children are encouraged to dress up for this celebration, including high school students.

Please add your child's name and age under the appropriate heading by October 22nd. We need to know how many children will be participating or attending to ensure we have enough treat bags for everyone.

Activity 1: Guess the Saint
Children/Students who have made their First Communion
Read and gather as much information about your Saint as you can. You may also ask an expert on your Saint to share some information with you.
Write 3 or more complete sentences about your Saint (do not include the name)! This would be a good opportunity to practice memorization as well.
Practice saying your short paragraph at home in preparation to share it with Father.
Father will also ask questions about your Saint that will not have answers included in your paragraph, so learn as much as you can.
Activity 2: Parade and Lights Around Statue of Our Lady
Children who have not made their First Communion
Walk in a Parade as their Saint
Announce Saint's name
Put tea-light in front of Statue of Our Lady
After both activities are completed, all children will receive a treat bag.
Donations: We are still looking for the following wrapped donations for the treat bags. Please drop off donations to the Church Hall, near the kitchen by October 27th.
